Apple usually launches its new products in fall, a few weeks ahead of the United States' traditional holiday shopping season.

Apple is already considered the biggest company on the planet in terms of market value — clocking in at 3 billion despite a 13 percent stock slide so far this year. But the maker of iPads and iPhones also is surging up the charts when it comes to the Fortune 500, which ranks corporations by annual revenues.

Apple rolled out its wireless headphone AirPods in 2016, followed by other mobile phone manufacturers such as Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi.

As Myanmar's biggest trading partner and largest source of foreign investment, China has always ensured that bilateral projects facilitate Myanmar's development.
